Lucky Norii
My ethos: I believe that evolving into the better version of you begins from the inside out. I am all about connecting yourself back to the essentials and experiencing your health & fitness journey with you, evolving with you. With yoga, it is not all about the asanas (postures). It's a lifestyle. How to move with purpose, types of breath-work, mindful meditation to deepen your own yoga practice, while contributing to ethical living beyond the yoga mat.
As a certified holistic coach, I will be sure to equip you with helpful advise, tips, techniques and recipes on how to transition and maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Behind Lucky Norii
Hi there, I’m Noriiellie Ari and my yoga practice is rooted in intuition, curiosity, and care. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the very first time, flowing steadily as an intermediate, exploring depth as an advanced student, or even embracing your “wild & adventurous yogi” side, I always create space for you to practise at your own pace. My focus is on form, awareness, and breath—because yoga isn’t about rushing into a pose, it’s about learning how great your body is meant to feel.
I first discovered yoga at 16 and was instantly captivated. Over time, that spark only grew, and during my time training, spending time and teaching in India, I realised yoga is so much more than movement—it’s meditation, philosophy, community, and a way of living with compassion. That deeper connection is what I love sharing with others: the balance of strength and softness, discipline and play, stillness and joy.
In my classes, you’ll find a blend of mindful and intuitive sequencing, gentle guidance, and options to suit every body. I often weave in Ayurveda, meditation, and chanting, offering a practice that nourishes body, mind, and spirit. My aim is simple: to help you feel grounded, open, and at home in yourself—both on and off the mat. x

My teaching style is very intuitive. I can teach different classes such as Acroyoga, Aerial, Hatha, Ashtanga, Partner yoga, Yin Yoga, VInyasa, Parent & baby, Toddler/Kids Yoga, Teen Yoga, and Post Natal yoga. I also love to weave in Ayurveda, meditation, and chanting for a holistic experience.

Not at all. Every day is different. There will be days where you’ll feel more flexible and days where you’ll feel stiff. The yoga practise is not about touching your toes but it’s about meeting yourself where you are. Flexibility happens over time with consistency and hard work. Regression also happens, so to me… having a ‘day one’ is better than a ‘one day…’

I always honour where you are at, at that very moment. I keep things gentle, steady and focus on good alignment, form and breath work. If you want to dip your feet deeper into your practise, we can 100% do that mindfully.
