About me

I have been a competitive athlete on a national level back when I lived in the Philippines and have been an athlete since I was a child and experienced training which consisted of different disciplines from endurance to cardio to bodybuilding and movement & mobility. However, it wasn't until 2017 that I began taking a holistic approach to nutrition and life. I began reading books and research papers, attending courses and am a certified yoga &meditiation teacher in India (2019 & 2023), the birthplace of Yogic practises. I was able to expand my horizons in India training in ayurveda and different types of meditation and yoga- from Bhakti-kirtan, Kundalini, Traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, Aerial and Acro. I also am a certified fitness trainer (2019), have specialities in strength, mobility, flexibility training, and have knowledge on basic nutrition (specialising on, but not limited to, whole foods plant-based). With all the knowledge I gained throughout the years, I was led to this fibre fit lifestyle improving my physical development and most importantly, my mental health. I am currently en route to competing in NPC Bikini Bodybuilding in 2025.
